Terms and Conditions:

All Holidays operated by Leisure Bella Italia Travel("the company")are sold above("the Client or you") subject to the following conditions.

1. Booking. To book send in completed form the Company will invoice you less deposit paid.

The booking is not accepted until the date of this invoice.Final payment to be made no later than 8 weeks before departure.

2.Cancellation by you.On receiving written notice of your cancellation you will be charged the following as a cancellation fee.

3.Hotels.We act as booking agents for Hotels any compliant should be directed to the management of the Hotel directly.If the complaint is not rectified a written complaint should be made to the Company within 14 days from the finish of your holiday..

 4.Insurance.It is a condition of booking that all members of the group have adequate level of "Wintersports Insurance"to cover the level of activity you will be participating in.

5.Cancellation of a Holiday by the"Company"

If through circumstances beyond our control the "Company" is forced to cancel your booked holiday a full refund or a holiday in comparable accommodation will be offered if available.

A deposit of £95.00 is required to book a holiday(per person)

If booking on-line you can pay the  deposit by credit/debit card or you can  * (a 1.5% fee applies to credit card payments)

We will then send you an invoice, confirming accommadation,transfers and other ski packs you have booked.If you have only paid the deposit your full balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure,if a booking falls within this period the whole amount becomes due.

  All monies received from clients will be held in Leisure Bella Italia client Trust A/C (Trustee D.S. Fallows) operated by Abbey Bank. This is to comply, when applicable, with Reg. 20 of The Package Travel, Package Holiday & Package Tour regulations 1992, implementing the 1990 E.C. Directive.

Ski where the American ski team, for the Winter Olympics in Turin 2006 trained which included Bode Miller and Daron Ralves.The Americans used Madesimo as a training base before setting off for Turin.
