We cannot thank you enough for making our recent ski-ing holiday in Madesimo a tremendous success and great fun, especially as we are middle aged first time skiers and unfamiliar with what is required. The personal arrangements you made for us with regard to the booking of the hotel, ski hire and ski passes, booking us ski lessons, and transport from the airport to the resort ensured everything went ahead very smoothly and gave us the confidence to relax. We would like to thank you for your outstanding service. We were even fortunate in having a fresh fall of snow whilst on holiday and we were delighted with Madesimo as a ski resort. Dear Phil, Just a quick note to thank you for fixing things for me...I was well looked after at Emet, (and have abandoned my aged boots into their care -the bin- having visited Borzetti to acquire some new ones at a good price). Snow held up quite well until rain all the way up the hill on Thursday night did for what little snow was left! I was surprised by how cheap mountain coffees/meals etc were - and in the village too. Good value. Hope to travel with you again - perhaps when the snow is better - I'd love to see the village under a good 'dump' ..\it must be really pretty. Clare

"We have just had a great weeks skiing in Madesimo. Fantastic resort, very kid friendly, and the food at the Emet was marvelous.
