            The service was excellent and we rearlly did appreciate the time that you put in to show us round the runs etc which enabled us to get the most out of our whole time in the resort.

The appartments were great and worked out rearlly well being as there were so many of us but can't emphasis how much you made the holiday work for us by the amount of time and effort you spent  making sure we got the best out of everthing from the ski runs to the skidoos.

We all wanted to say a very big thank you for your help and assistance in both booking our holiday and ensuring all went smoothly in Madesimo so we could just relax and enjoy the experience. My grandson and I  had a fantastic week in Chiesa and I would like to thank you for making our holiday such a memorable week.  Everything went like a dream and all my fears about the taxi not turning up were unfounded.  We arrived at Bergamo 25 minutes early and the taxi was waiting for us.  It just went like a dream.  I cannot thank you enough.  I would like to try Madesimo  next year with you so if you would send me brochures on the hotels I would be grateful.  .Once again many thanks for a memorable holiday Sheila.
